We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee our Singapore financial operations. This is a key role within our regional structure, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic business support to enable confident decision-making.

The Accounting Manager (Singapore Operations) will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support the General Manager (Asia Pacific) and the wider global finance team in New Zealand. You’ll combine strong accounting fundamentals with commercial acumen, maintaining high standards of financial control, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, deliver and analyse monthly and annual financial reports.

• Complete day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring strong internal controls, reconciliations, and compliance.

• Handle local tax filings and payroll processes in accordance with Singapore regulations.

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.

• Coordinate directly with auditors during annual reviews.

• Analyse financial and commercial data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Accounting degree and membership with a recognised accounting body.

• 5+ years’ experience in financial management roles.

• Strong Excel and ERP systems experience (Movex/M3, SAP, or similar)

• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar) preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
