We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. Successful candidates will have proven experience setting and operating CNC machines and will be available to work on any shift.
What you'll do:
Set-up and operate CNC Machines, which range from three, four, and five Axis Mill Turning Centres, Horizontal Machining Centres, and Horizontal Borers
Reviewing detailed drawings and specifications to ensure materials, methods, and machine settings align with production needs
Performing precision measuring, managing machine faults, and ensuring the highest standard of quality
Conducting regular maintenance checks to keep machinery running smoothly
Ensuring the production meets deadlines while maintaining a commitment to safety
What we're looking for:
Trade qualification or at least three years of CNC machining setting experience
Experience with Fanuc controls, knowledge of Okuma and Heidenheim controls would also be a bonus
A solid understanding of CNC machinery setup, operation, and troubleshooting
Strong numeracy and attention to detail

We are seeking a motivated Foundry Trade Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract, with availability to work our afternoon shift. This position would suit someone seeking an entry-level engineering trade role who is keen to establish a career in the engineering or metal casting industry. Candidates will ideally have completed a pre-trade qualification, demonstrate a strong mechanical interest, or have experience using hand tools.
In this role, you will process metal castings using grinders and other power tools, as well as perform water blasting to remove sand moulds and refine castings. You will also repair minor defects and surface porosity to ensure high-quality finished products. This is a hands-on role that involves the regular use of a range of tools and daily manual handling tasks within a metal casting and foundry environment.

This is a pivotal, end to end role, responsible for increasing manufacturing capability and supporting future growth across our foundries. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, installation, and commissioning, ensuring the upgraded foundry meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and refine detailed design across foundry systems (moulding, melting, handling, ventilation, services, and supporting infrastructure).
Define requirements, drive competitive sourcing, manage supplier engagement and selection process.
Oversee site works, equipment installation, and commissioning to operational readiness.
Ensure seamless integration with existing plant, processes, and production workflows.
Plan, track, and deliver project budgets and timelines.
Work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Maintenance, H&S, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our foundry team on a fixed-term contract. This role is on our afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 3.30pm – 11.00pm).
This is a practical role where you’ll work across two parts of our foundry process, preparing wax moulds for stainless steel casting, and handling products after casting, including cutting and measuring accurately.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our stainless-steel products meets quality standards.
What you’ll do:
Preparing, assembling, and finishing wax moulds.
Checking moulds for defects and fixing any imperfections.
Accurately cut and measure stainless steel product.
Stamping and marking products to meet identification requirements.
Helping with general foundry tasks, including manual handling.
