
HamiltonJet has introduced a new 3+3-Year Comprehensive Warranty Programme to strengthen reliability, customer support, and operational assurance for its waterjet propulsion systems. Effective from 1 January 2025, the programme provides a standard warranty of up to four years (48 months from shipment or 36 months from commissioning), with the option to extend coverage by up to three additional years through a HamiltonJet Service Agreement—offering as much as six years of full parts and labour protection.
The extended warranty is available to customers who sign a Service Agreement within 90 days of commissioning, with coverage options of one, two, or three years. Select projects delivered within the past 12 months may also qualify.
Managing Director Ben Reed says the initiative is about delivering peace of mind and reinforcing HamiltonJet’s commitment to “mission-ready propulsion.” The programme offers robust protection during the early operational years, supports competitive procurement bids, and is backed by HamiltonJet’s global distributor and service network for fast, responsive support.
Global Aftersales Manager Luke Cook notes the warranty reflects the company’s reliability-first approach, helping customers reduce operational risk and plan with confidence. The initiative is part of HamiltonJet’s broader strategy to enhance fleet connectivity, improve lifecycle performance, and provide trusted service throughout a vessel’s operational life.
